Cleaning Expectations for the return of refundable cleaning deposit.
Wipe off all tables: The surfaces of all tables, both round and rectangular, are to be sprayed and wiped clean. Tables are to be stacked as shown. ALL TABLES ARE TO BE WIPED PRIOR TO STACKING!! If tables are not clean, and time is available, you will be asked to return to clean properly. If you cannot do so, or time isn’t available, someone will be hired to clean properly, and you forfeit your cleaning deposit.
Stack chairs properly: White folding chairs are to be neatly stacked on the chair carts. All chairs are to be stacked facing the same direction to avoid improper stacking as shown and to prevent chairs from falling off the cart. If chairs are not stacked properly, and time is available, you will be asked to return to stack properly. If you cannot do so, or time isn’t available someone will be hired to restack the chairs and you forfeit your cleaning deposit.
Clear Chiavari Chairs are to be returned to the back area and stacked 6 chairs high as shown in the picture. If chairs are not stack in the manner that you have received the venue, you will be asked to return and stack properly to receive your deposit (if the time is available).
Sweep floors: We will provide a 36inch wide push dust mop.
Mop Floors: There are 3 mops & 2 buckets located in the back area. MOP ALL FLOORS, the open area, the kitchen space and the restrooms. If the floors are not mopped, and time is available, you will be asked to return to clean properly. If you cannot do so, or time isn’t available someone will be hired to clean properly, and you forfeit your cleaning deposit.
Tidy up both restrooms: Sweep, mop, empty trash and clean any other visible issues that may have been caused while the facility was in your care. If you cannot do so, or time isn’t available someone will be hired to clean properly, and you forfeit your cleaning deposit.
Clean Kitchen space: wipe down prep tables and sink, all surfaces used, and clean refrigerator. If not cleaned properly, you will be asked to return to clean. If you cannot do so in a timely manner, or time isn’t available, someone will be hired to clean properly, and you forfeit your cleaning deposit.
Parking lot trash: The parking lot will be void of any trash when you and your guests arrive and should be void of any trash when you and your guests leave.
Trash: All trash is to be emptied, and a replacement trash liner replaced in each trash can. The trash liners are located in the kitchen space under the prep table. The trash is to be disposed of in the dumpster behind the venue. The dumpster is located in the enclosure to the right. NOT THE ENCLOSURE TO THE LEFT.
