cleaning expectATIONS
As expressed in the signed agreement upon booking, the customer(s) agree to return the venue in a similar state of cleanliness as it was presented to them. Not doing so will forfeit your $300.00 cleaning deposit.
wipe clean & stack tables
Please wipe the surface of all used tables before stacking them. This also includes the rectangle tables. Cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchen area under the stainless-steel prep table. Tables are to be stacked as shown in the picture. If tables are not cleaned before stacking, you will be asked to return and clean the tables in order to receive the cleaning deposit.

stack chairs
Please stack clear chairs in stacks of 6, as given. Please stack the white folding chairs back on the chair cart. Folding chairs must be stacked in the same direction to be properly seated onto the cart as shown in the picture. If you do not stack the folding chairs correctly, you will be asked to return and stack as given or forfeit the deposit.
clean Kitchenette space
Please wipe the surface of the prep table and sink. You are responsible for your guests/vendors. If the Kitchenette is not cleaned as presented, you will be asked to return and clean in order to receive the cleaning deposit. (If time is available to do so)
Restroom area
Restrooms are to be swept and mop. If your guests make a mess in or around the toilet, you are responsible for the cleaning. Cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchen area under the stainless-steel prep table. Please present the space in a similar state as I presented to you. If not done so, you will be asked to return and clean in order to receive the cleaning deposit. (If time is available to do so)
Sweep and Mop
The Venue provides a 36inch push broom, (3) mops and (2) mop buckets. The floors in the larger open area as well as the food serving area are expected to be swept and mopped to be cleaned as presented to you. Cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchen area under the stainless-steel prep table. If not done so, you will be asked to return and clean in order to receive the cleaning deposit.
